Prompt Interactive’s bid for the redesign of HSCS’s Blue Access for Members website hinged on creating a best-in-class site that provided Blue Cross / Blue Shield members in the Midwest instant access to various claim and benefit functions, online health and wellness tools and ways to find and manage their relationship with their healthcare provider. A strategic part of the redesign project, the competitive audit compared the Blue Access site with member portals from Aetna, CIGNA and United Healthcare. The final deliverable analyzed each site, visually outlining pros and cons, and recommended new features, tools and capabilities for the pitch.
